Who can you turn too? Who do you believe? Who has your best interest in mind? … We cannot go a day in the office without someone bringing up the swine flu and should they get the vaccination or not? I am not writing this to tell you which way to go, but will the intent to supply you with valid information so you can make the correct decision for you and your family. Who is right and who is wrong is for you to decide? I have made up my decision!

Most of the information I am using will come from the CDC and Dr. Mercola. Here is several links to his website.

What is your Wellness Quotient?

If you had to put your health on scale 0-200, where do you see yourself? I want you to think of why you chose the number you did? Is it your lifestyle choices or are you blaming your family genes? I have asked myself these types of questions concerning health. What is health? How do you measure health?

During one of my several workshops I have done over the past few months, I came across a program that fit in perfectly to what I have wanted to accomplish in the community of Idaho Falls and my practice. It is called Creating Wellness program. As you can see it is creating meaning you need to take action. It incorporates 3 main levels Physical, Nutritional (food), and psychological (Stresses). It is a very time effective, life changing, and simple program, which allows us know where you are currently on the 0-200 scale. We call this the Wellness Quotient. It gives us an accurate SENSE of health and well-being to all whom receive the assessment on all three levels. We use this information found through the assessment in order to tailor the program so it works for you on your specific level of health, fitness, stress, and emotional level. If you are ready to make the next step in your life to a better you, then this is what is needed to be who you know you can be.
