October Office News

Dr. Hammon will be out of the office Oct. 22-26th for another business adventure. He will return with Regular office hours starting Tuesday Oct. 27th 1-7 pm, Wednesday 28th 8-11 am 12-6 pm, and Friday 30th 8-12 1-5 pm.

Wednesdays Class on Oct 21st has been moved to Oct. 28th at 6:30 pm. Dr. Hammon will be discussing lifestyle changes, ways to stick with the new lifestyle changes and to become Healthier.
